At MadGeeked™, your satisfaction is our top priority. While we don’t accept physical returns, we do offer refunds for qualifying issues. We aim to make the process simple, fair, and transparent — with fast support and a focus on doing right by our customers.
We do not accept returns. All claims are handled as refunds only, and photo or video evidence is required for all issues.
You may request a refund under these conditions:
Your item arrived damaged or defective
You received the wrong item (e.g. wrong size, color, or product)
Your item did not arrive within 30 days of shipping
📩 To submit a claim, email support@madgeeked.store within 30 days of delivery with:
Your order number
Clear photos or video of the issue
A short description of the problem
If approved, refunds are issued to your original payment method within 3–10 business days.
If you received the wrong product, wrong color, or wrong size, we will gladly issue a full refund. Please email us within 7 days of receiving the item with clear photo/video proof and your order number.
If your product is damaged or defective on arrival, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery. Include:
Your order number
Clear photos or video showing the issue
Once approved, we’ll issue your refund — no need to return the item.
If your order hasn’t arrived within 30 days of the shipping date, email us with your order details. We will:
Verify the tracking status
Issue a full refund if confirmed delayed or lost
🔍 Before contacting us, you can check your shipping status on our Track My Order page using your tracking number. If tracking hasn’t updated or appears stuck, feel free to contact us and we’ll help resolve it.
Shipping times may vary due to customs, import regulations, or local carrier delays. While most international orders arrive within 15–30 days, some may take longer depending on your country.
We are not responsible for:
Customs fees or taxes (charged by your country)
Delays caused by customs clearance or local disruptions
If your international order hasn’t arrived within 40 - 60 days, contact us and we’ll review the situation.
We do not offer exchanges. If your item qualifies for a refund, feel free to reorder the correct product separately.
We do not accept returned items, so no return shipping is needed. If your refund is approved, you will not be asked to send the item back.
Refunds are issued to your original payment method once approved. Most refunds are processed within 3–5 business days.
Note: Shipping fees are non-refundable unless the issue was caused by our error.
