For orders under $50, shipping is calculated at checkout based on your location and package weight
Estimated delivery: 7–30 business days from the date of shipment
Please note: These are estimated timeframes and may vary based on your location, customs clearance, or carrier delays. During peak seasons (like holidays or sales), shipping may take longer.
We ship globally! However:
Customs duties, import taxes, and fees are not included at checkout and are the customer’s responsibility
Delivery may take longer depending on your country’s import process
If your international order hasn’t arrived within 40 - 50 days, contact us and we’ll investigate.
Once your order ships, you’ll receive a tracking number via email. You can enter that number anytime on our Track My Order page for real-time updates.

We are not liable for packages marked “delivered” by the carrier that are missing or stolen. If this happens:

Contact the shipping carrier directly

If your order arrives damaged or you receive the wrong item, please email us within 48 hours of delivery with:
Your order number
Clear photo or video proof
If eligible, we’ll process a refund — no return required. See our Return & Refund Policy for details.
It’s your responsibility to provide a complete and accurate shipping address at checkout.
We are not responsible for orders lost due to incorrect or incomplete addresses.
If your package is returned to us, you will need to cover the reshipping cost.
We ship to P.O. Boxes and APO/FPO addresses when supported by the carrier.
Some larger items may not qualify for these delivery methods.
